Registered Physiotherapist
Jake is a physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal health, sports rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Since graduating with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Malta in 2016, he has worked across orthopaedics, neurology, and sports injury recovery. He has been helping patients of all ages and activity levels recover from injury, manage long-term conditions, and return to the activities they enjoy most.
With a lifelong passion for sport, Jake has worked with athletes in football, handball, and athletics, and as a long-distance runner himself, he understands the physical and mental demands of training and the importance of effective recovery and injury prevention. His approach is calm, goal-driven, and patient-focused, combining evidence-based techniques with practical solutions that fit each person’s lifestyle.
Jake is committed to ongoing professional development and holds additional certifications in APPI Matwork Pilates (Level 1), dry needling, manual therapy (Sheffield Hallam University), Advanced Running Injury Rehabilitation (Montana University), and advanced courses in shoulder (by Jo Gibson) and hip management course by Dr Alison Grimaldi.
Whether aiming to return to daily activity or achieve peak performance, Jake works collaboratively with each patient to help them move better, recover faster, and prevent future injuries.
